What type of event is this best for?

Large venue countdowns, corporate New Year's Eve parties, and community events.

Can I return this item?

This item may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us for return authorization and instructions before returning the item.

Is this item reusable?

Lay this party kit out before you start decorating so you can see what you have to work with. Store what survives in one place; kits are much easier to reuse when they stay together. The metallic finish scratches more easily than it tears, so avoid a crowded storage bin.

Where do orders ship from, and how long does shipping take?

Beistle brand items ship from Pennsylvania. Creative Case items ship from a warehouse in Illinois. Orders normally take 1 business day to process and then 1-5 days in transit, depending on which state they are shipping to. The estimated delivery date for each item is shown on the product page, cart page and checkout page.

Is my payment information secure?

All purchases on our Shopify store are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your personal and payment information safe. Shopify is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security used by major global retailers. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s trusted payment system and reputable providers such as Stripe, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Your payment details are handled in a secure environment and are never stored on our servers. Shopify also uses advanced monitoring and fraud-prevention tools to help protect every transaction.

How can I track my order?

You can view your order status online at any time. Once your order ships, tracking information will typically become active later that day or by the following day. You may track your order here. Please note that tracking details may not appear until the carrier has picked up and scanned the package. If more than five days have passed since your order was placed and tracking has not updated, feel free to contact us. If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

We will do our best to cancel or make changes to your order if needed. Since we process orders extremely fast, sometimes we are not able to change or cancel an order once it's placed. If you need to make a change, email us at support@bulkpartysupplies.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested change.
