Beistle brand items ship from Pennsylvania. Creative Case items ship from a warehouse in Illinois. Orders normally take 1 business day to process and then 1-5 days in transit, depending on which state they are shipping to. The estimated delivery date for each item is shown on the product page, cart page and checkout page.
