Are you looking for vintage hanging decorations to create much needed Halloween party spirit? This reproduction of the Jointed Cat Streamer has that classic look to give your Halloween party spirit! Be transported back in time with these ghoulish looking cat head streamers. These large cat heads are printed on one side of cardstock material and eyeletted together to create a banner that is 6 ft long. Each streamer has five different designs of cat heads connected with 4 orange and black ornately designed ovals. This design was originally created by Our Company in black and white. Later in 1949, they decided to create the Jointed Cat Streamer in orange and black.
