Beistle brand items ship from Pennsylvania. Creative Case items ship from a warehouse in Illinois. Orders normally take 1 business day to process and then 1-5 days in transit, depending on which state they are shipping to. We will do our best to cancel or make changes to your order if needed. Since we process orders extremely fast, sometimes we are not able to change or cancel an order once it's placed.
