Beistle brand items ship from Pennsylvania. Creative Case items ship from a warehouse in Illinois. Orders normally take 1 business day to process and then 1-5 days in transit, depending on which state they are shipping to. If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will do our best to cancel or make changes to your order if needed. Since we process orders extremely fast, sometimes we are not able to change or cancel an order once it's placed.
